ORDER & DELIVERY
1. How to track the order?
A. Once order has been placed, a consignment number will be sent to your registered mobile number. Login to your account and click “Track My Order”.
2. Can I change my delivery address after placing order?
A. No, you cannot change the address. You need to cancel and place a new order.
3. Can I book a preferred delivery time?
A. No, we do not offer this facility currently.
4. Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?
A. Yes, another person can receive your order by showing valid ID at the delivery address.
PAYMENTS:-
1. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept debit/credit cards, net banking and cash on delivery.
2. Is it safe to do online transaction?
A. Yes, we use secure encryption to protect your transactions.
3. Is there any COD limit?
A. COD is available up to ₹20,000.
4. Why COD is not available?
A. Some locations are not serviceable for COD.
5. What if payment fails?
A. Retry payment. If amount deducted, it will be refunded in 5–7 working days.
RETURN PROCESS
1. How do I return the product?
A. Mail us at support email and we will assist you.
2. When will I receive refund?
A. Refund is processed only in case of defect or mismatch.
